3. Input provider details for the missing records
4. Submit your request

Our team handles the rest, ensuring you receive the additional documentation promptly.

Note: This feature applies to requests for information dated prior to the initial retrieval date, any request prior to the date of your retrieval are retrieved at no additional cost.
